Users can easily delete their account by visiting the "Settings" section of the mobile application and selecting the "Delete Account" option. This process is designed to be straightforward, allowing you to remove your account and associated data from our systems.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Once your account is deleted:

  • Your personal data, including name, surname, ID number, and any associated information, will be permanently removed from our systems.
  • Your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to any content or features of the application that require a user account.
  • Any data or settings related to your account will be unrecoverable.

Please note that certain anonymized data, which cannot be linked back to your identity, may still be retained for analytical or operational purposes.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Timeline

Once you request account deletion, the deletion process will be initiated immediately. Your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of your request. During this period, you will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.
